The Gunnery
An internal and external renovation of a distinctive building
This six-month refurbishment project added substantial value to the owner’s home but, more importantly, enhanced the owner’s enjoyment of a beautiful building.
The basement aspect of the building was waterproofed, the building as a whole was made structurally watertight in it’s construction and all risk assessments were required.
- The basement structure has been constructed to cope with any future water ingress and will withstand the test of time.
- The customer was thrilled with the outcome.
- The project was achieved on time and within budget.
*The finished project looked truly stunning and will add beauty to the Deal in Kent’s waterfront.
