Vigo Farm was a derelict collection of Farm outbuildings and a dilapidated derelict Farmhouse, left to rack and ruin. Our client investor realised its potential purchasing the site for a song, and with the help of S Graham Architects the site was developed into a substantial, superior quality £2.5m private dwelling.

The house is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and planning constraints required that the finished property maintained some of the character of the previous farmstead. With careful design and detailing, the completed project extends to 560 square meters, and includes a 3-meter-deep 12 meter long swimming Pool, 60 square meter Games Room/Bar area, state of art 55 square meter 12 seater Cinema Room, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 Kitchens, landscaped gardens, paving and decked areas with a 5000 litre Carp Pond, quad core garage and newly constructed flint stone perimeter walls.

Each project has a dedicated Project Manager, who will keep you fully up to date with progress. Prior to commencement, we will agree a detailed scope of works so that each task and each product is agreed in advance. You may be surprised at how much can change along the way as you enjoy refining your design, or making an alternate product choice; it is with this same spreadsheet that we can record omitted items or record a new task or product so you can manage your spend. Typically, a scope of works will cost from £500.00+VAT to £2,850.00+VAT to produce. This detailed written specification ensures your project will run within budget and enable you to feel rest assured knowing what to expect and which materials and products will be installed.
